I’m a born‑and‑raised Floridian who found her way to Lakeland in 2017. What began as taking graduation photos for friends has grown into years of capturing hundreds of graduates, couples, and everyday moments that deserve to be remembered.
I believe the best photographs feel like friendship: easy, comfortable, and full of trust. I’m calm behind the camera, but I’ll make you laugh, cheer you on, and help you feel at home in your own skin. My favorite part of this work is seeing someone light up when they recognize themselves, like, REALLY see themselves in a photograph.
Lex & Light Co. is my way of honoring that. The name carries my love for light and for the belief that every human story is worth celebrating. Whether we’ve just met or you’ve been in front of my lens before, I’m here to celebrate your now.

My approach
From the moment we meet, my goal is to make you feel grounded and at ease. We’ll take a few deep breaths, roll our shoulders back, and remember this is your time: you can speak up with ideas, ask questions, and trust that I’m here as your partner in creating something beautiful.
I guide when you need it, offering poses that feel natural and flattering, then encouraging the in‑between moments where your real personality shines. My editing style is true‑tone; colors that feel real and timeless, with a light, airy touch.
Before your session, I’ll send a short questionnaire to learn your vision, favorite locations, and any inspiration you’ve gathered. We’ll confirm details the week before, and I’ll keep an eye on Florida’s unpredictable skies so we can reschedule if needed because the experience matters as much as the final gallery.
When you see your photos, I want you to feel the same way all my photo friends do: that you felt seen, celebrated, and that you can’t wait to capture more of life’s little, extraordinary moments.
